Why We're Different    

Simply put, what sets us apart from other lawncare companies, is that we treat the ground, as well as the grass. After working for chemical fertilization companies, for many years, I was able to identify a very common overlooked issue with lawns.


Commonly around oak trees, companies have not been successful in promoting grass growth in these areas. The reason being fertilizers cannot correct this issue. The problem is the ground. What happens is that the root systems of these oak trees cause an acidic dive in the pH levels, which in turn makes the ground infertile. The other issue these oak trees cause, is a depletion of organic matter. Meaning, these oak trees are draining all of the nutrients from the ground that are essential for grass growth.


The solution for this problem, is to correct the pH levels in the ground and amend the lack of organic matter with the proper all natural fertilizers. Once the problem is corrected, routine maintenance and buffering, similar to your pool services, will bring your grass back and prevent further deterioration.

pH Corrections

Based on soil test results, we offer an initial correction of the pH levels, as well as monthly monitoring/buffering services, to maintain the pH of the lawn. 

Monthly Service

A duel treatment that consists of a microbial compost tea applied to the turf  which supplies beneficial bacteria to the ground and all natural fertilizers, to promote healthy growth. When both of these applications are routinely in place, the beneficial bacteria in the ground then forces nutrient uptake into the grass by latching itself to the host.

SOD Preperations

Pre-Sod evaluation to inspect pH levels and an application of beneficial plant bacteria and fungi to promote rapid root growth and establishment of the new sod. 

Aerations 

Basic Spike Aerations.  

Allows the root zone to get more oxygen, while increasing the nutrient uptake, and enhancing water contact directly to the roots. 

Spike Aeration with Gypsum

Adding granular Gypsum to your aeration service, will further help reduce soil compaction, and target the damaging effects that salts have on lawn.

Live Soil Applications

Applying live soil will supply a diversity of beneficial bacteria back into the ground. This will take your dead soil and bring it back to life. Being that this is a live soil, routine feedings, and bacteria repopulations are essential in maintaining the perfect growing environment. 

Soil Testing

This allows us to get a pinpoint accurate assessment of what is happening with the ground, and what is needed to correct the issues.
